Before first use, wash the pan with hot, soapy water.

Oven safe to 400°F (205°C). Only use wooden, silicone, plastic or non-metallic utensils to avoid scratching the surface. For best results, grease the mold with unsalted solid vegetable fat and sprinkle with flour, you can also use oil.
