Returning/exchanging products on HNAK.COM
Products may be returned to HNAK.COM in accordance with the below conditions.
Customers who wish to exchange a product for another one must first return the initially bought product and after that make a separate purchase for the new product.
Cases of returning products
1) Electronics & Mobile Phones
Eligible for return: Sealed products that have not been opened (in their original condition) in case of change of mind.
Return period: 3 days from the delivery date. Non-returnable: Products that have been opened or used.
Manufacturing defects: The customer has the right to return the product if a manufacturing defect is found or if it does not match the specifications within 3 days.
Additional notes: All items and accessories inside the box must be returned; otherwise, HNAK reserves the right to reject the return.
Pre-order Return Policy for Mobile Phones
Definition: A pre-order refers to reserving a phone before it is in stock or before its official release date.
Cancellation before shipping: Customers may cancel the order before shipment without any deduction. Any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Return after delivery: Pre-order items can only be returned if defective or if the wrong phone model was delivered. Proof of defect (photos or video) must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Discounted pre-orders: Any promotions or discounts on pre-order items do not grant the right to return, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
Refund for defective pre-orders: Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–14 business days after verifying the defect. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within up to 30 days.
Shipping fees: Customers bear the cost of shipping for personal reasons (change of mind, dissatisfaction). We cover the cost if the reason is a manufacturing defect or our mistake.
2) Beauty & Fragrances
Not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances, whether opened or unopened, due to health and safety reasons. In case of a defective or damaged product upon delivery, the customer must notify us within 48 hours for resolution.
3) Home & Kitchen
Small household items can be returned within 15 days if unused and in original packaging. Furniture or large appliances can only be returned within 3 days if a manufacturing defect is found.
Discounted or promotional items are not returnable unless defective or not as described.
4) Fashion (Clothing, Shoes, Accessories)
Items can be returned within 15 days if unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Non-returnable: Underwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories, for hygiene reasons.
One-time size exchange is allowed (subject to availability). Customers bear shipping fees for size exchanges.
5) Groceries & Food Items
Not returnable or refundable for health and safety reasons. If an item is received damaged or expired, a refund or replacement will be provided.
6) Toys
Returnable within 15 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Non-returnable: Digital/electronic codes once activated.
General Return Conditions
- All products must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging.
- Discounted, custom-made, or opened/used items are not returnable (unless defective).
- Customers bear shipping fees for returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, dissatisfaction). We cover fees if the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part. Refund Policy
