Redington Assured Buy Back Services

Guaranteed Buyback program:

• Redington offers the residuals depending on enrollment and the return date of the device. Residuals are offered on the initially announced RRP of iPhones in any cycle for selected SKUs
• End user can return the device after 12 months according to the T&Cs of Partner. There is a cut off date of January 2025 for the first cycle
• Partner to offer 5 months of Enrollments for Assured buy back to their customers. i.e. Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan
• Device can be returned according to the grading criteria as defined below. Any variance occurring due to grading variation will be managed by partner and billed accordingly by Redington

Acceptable Devices for the program:

• Accept - Working Condition:
• Screen: Scratches (Normal Wear & Tear)
• Body: Scratches & Minor Dents (Normal Wear & Tear)
• Hardware: Working Mic, Speaker, Buttons, Camera,
• LCD: Touch, Face ID working
• Battery Health: 80%+
• The device should be complete and in working condition

Not Accepted/ Damaged:

• End User data not wiped
• Activation lock activated (FMiP, screen lock, pin lock, passcode)
• Lifting of the Front glass (Swollen battery)
• Bent device
• Signs of liquid damage
• IMEI cannot be checked
• LCD damage (burning/bleeding, halos/discolored screens, to ensure IMEI can be checked)
